Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal


Cozidoo™ Refund Policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


  • Cancellations (if applicable)
If an order is cancelled without a valid reason, a fee of 15 euros will be charged.
Here are some examples of valid reasons that may justify cancelling an order with a full refund:
Product issues (defective product, not as described, damaged in transit)
Delivery issues (delivery delay)
Payment issues (credit card error, payment declined)


  • Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Distance Selling: Consumer's Right of Withdrawal

Did you make a purchase online, by phone, or by mail (sales through printed catalogues received from the post)? You have 14 days to change your mind. This is the right of withdrawal.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

    • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, whose production requires specific adjustments to meet very particular technical and aesthetic requirements (e.g. custom-made furniture or clothing). Choosing from the options (colour, finish, etc.) within the standard items offered by the trader does not alter the nature or purpose of the goods to the point of making them clearly personal.
    • Goods that deteriorate or perish quickly, except for food products with a best-before date (BBD)
    • Goods that you have opened and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
  • Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they were originally defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please send us an email at contact@cozidoo.com.
  • Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Customers have 10 days from the date of the technical recommendation by our customer service to make a return. After this period, we consider the claim to be resolved.


  • Shipping
To return your product, you must contact us by email at contact@cozidoo.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
