Shipping Policy
When we ship your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Do not worry if you do not see any updates within the first 24 hours — it can take a day or more for the system to update. If you have ordered more than two products from us, please note that they may arrive in two separate parcels at different times. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, please get in touch with us so we can follow up with the carrier. We guarantee that a signature is required on delivery of your order. The courier may contact you to suggest a pickup point. If you accept this offer, we are no longer responsible for the successful receipt of your order.
